Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 24, 2026

Introduction

FlutterClaw ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website flutterclaw.ai (the "Site").

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information through the Site:

Android beta sign-up

If you submit the form in our Android beta section, we collect the email address you enter (the Google account you use with the Play Store). We use it only to invite you to our beta on Google Play. We store sign-ups in Firestore (a database operated by Google as part of Firebase), using your email (normalized) so we keep at most one record per address. We do not use this list for general marketing unless we tell you otherwise and obtain any consent required by law.

Submitting the form is voluntary. If you change your mind, contact us via the GitHub repository and we will remove your email from our sign-up list where feasible (you may need to identify the email you submitted).

Anonymous usage analytics

We also collect anonymous usage analytics through Firebase Analytics, which may include:

  • Pages visited and time spent on the Site
  • Referring website or source
  • Browser type and device information
  • Approximate geographic location (country/region level)

How We Use Information

We use information as follows:

  • Android beta emails: to invite testers to the app on Google Play and to communicate about the beta when necessary.
  • Analytics: to understand how visitors interact with the Site, improve content and user experience, and monitor overall traffic and usage patterns.

Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google), including Firebase Analytics and Cloud Firestore, to run analytics and store Android beta sign-ups. Google processes data according to its terms and privacy policies. For more detail, see the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security information. Google Play’s own terms apply when you use the Play Store or accept a test invitation there.

The FlutterClaw App

FlutterClaw is an open-source application that runs entirely on your device. The app itself does not send any data to our servers. Any API keys, configuration, or personal data you enter in the app remain stored locally on your device. Third-party services you connect (such as LLM providers) are subject to their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This Site may use cookies set by Firebase Analytics for usage tracking purposes. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
